Bigger Organization, Bigger Impact
Two of the most common goals I hear from coaching clients are building confidence & finding clarity.
Over six months of coaching meetings, this client worked on their core beliefs about leadership and their value as a nonprofit employee. They also worked to adjust their expectations from work to match their current life stage and shifting financial needs without compromising their desire to be of service to their community.
Ultimately, during our time together they were able to navigate a major job change and began new work for a much larger organization, at a higher pay rate, and with room to grow.
